THE GIRLS IS DYING named Rachel Kushner. More recently, my mother forced me to become friends with Rachel considering she had cancer. This is the first of the destruction of my life.

Aku baru saja berencana ingin merekomendasikan Me, Earl and The Dying Girl agar diterjemahkan kepada Penerbit Spring, tahu-tahu saat buka timeline twitter, aku melihat pengumuman Penerbit Popular sudah menerjemahkan buku tersebut dan akan beredar di toko buku pada awal November. Wah.. Terima kasih banyak Penerbit Popular 😀

I had plan in my head to recommend Me and Earl and the Dying Girl to exist translated to the Publisher Spring, simply when I cheque my twitter timeline, I saw Publisher POP announced that they already translated the book and will be circulated in bookstores in early Nov. Wow .. Thank you very much Publisher POP 😀

Aku sudah membaca versi bahasa inggrisnya dan bagiku, Me, Earl and the Dying Daughter adalah sick lit terlucu yang pernah aku baca. Aku bertanya-tanya bagaimana rasanya membaca versi terjemahannya, apakah akan tetap lucu, mengingat terkadang ada feel yang hilang kalau diterjemahkan.

I've read the English language version and for me, "Me and Earl and the Dying Girl" is the funniest sicklit I've ever read. I wonder how information technology feels to read the translated version, will information technology still funny? considering sometimes some humour did non piece of work out when existence translated.

Aku membaca buku ini dari tanggal 9 hingga 12 Nov dan aku bersyukur kualitas terjemahan penerbit POP bagus. Aku merasa versi terjemahannya tetap menyenangkan untuk dibaca dan "Aku, Earl dan si Cewek Sekarat" tetaplah sicklit terlucu yang pernah aku baca. Covernya juga aku suka. Cantik sekali dan bookstagramable. Terima kasih penerbit POP.

I read this volume from 9 to 12 November. I'm thankful that  Pop publisher'southward translation quality is expert. I find the translated version still fun to read and "Me, Earl and the Dying Girl" is still the funniest sicklit I've always read.  I as well liked the cover. It'due south beautiful and bookstagramable. Thank yous very much publisher POP.

Aku suka dengan narasi Greg. Dia jujur, terbuka, dan mengenal dirinya dengan cukup baik. Dia mau mengakui sisi buruk dirinya dan kegagalan yang telah dia lakukan dan menertawakan dirinya sendiri. Membuatmu ikut tertawa bersamanya.

Kalian menyoroti matinya seseorang, kematian sungguhan, dan menjadikannya terkesan lucu. Kalian membuat topik itu minta ampun lucunya. Aku sangat terkesan. Halaman 305

I like Greg's narrative. He is honest, open up, and know himself well enough. He was willing to acknowledge the bad side of him and failure he had done then express joy at himself. Makes you want to express mirth with him.

"You lot took death, like a real person'due south death, and you lot fabricated information technology funny. You made it funny as hell! That blew me abroad." page 305

Di versi bahasa inggris,aku yang awalnya berniat memberi 4 bintang berubah pikiran hanya memberikan 3 bintang karena tidak tahan dengan candaan jorok Greg dan Earl. Di versi terjemahan, beberapa (tidak semua) candaan jorok tersebut sepertinya sudah diperhalus sehingga tidak terasa sejorok ketika aku membaca versi bahasa inggrisnya. Sekali lagi, terima kasih penerbit Popular atas terjemahannya.

In the English version, I initially intended to requite iv stars  but I changed my listen and simply give it 3 stars in the cease because I tin't stand the dirty jokes betwixt Greg and Earl. In the translated versions, some (non all) of the muddied joke seems to have toned down and then it does not feel as bad/dirty as I read the English version. Over again, Thanks publisher Pop for the translation.

Aku jadi penasaran dengan versi adaptasi filmnya. Meski Greg tidak setuju buku diadaptasi jadi picture show.

Ketika kita mengadaptasi buku bagus menjadi film, kekonyolan kerap terjadi.

At present, I was and then curious about the version of the movie adaptation.
Although Greg did not concur if the book is adapted into movie.

When y'all convert a expert book to a picture, stupid things happen.

Jika kamu mencari buku membuatmu tertawa dan belajar menertawakan dirimu ketika tragedi terjadi, aku sangat merekomendasikan "Aku, Earl dan Si Cewek Sekarat" untuk dibaca!

If y'all are looking funny/hilarious book and book that teach you to laugh at yourself when tragedy strikes you, I think "Me, Earl and The Dying Girl" is for y'all.
